Orblink Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
We want every connection with Orblink to be smooth and joyful. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below. Please note: Orblink crystals are natural minerals. Internal inclusions, textures, color bands, tiny “ice fractures/rainbows,” and surface growth marks are naturally formed characteristics—not defects (see “Natural Variations”). Our sourcing standard is “natural, without artificial enhancement.”
Eligibility
• Covered categories
• Chakra Balance & Healing Series (seven-chakra stone set) and related accessories
• Purification Essentials (incense / sacred wood series)
• Return request Deadline : Submit your request within 14 days of delivery (exceptions for made to order product below).
• Item condition: Unused, undamaged, resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, tags, dust bags/certificates, and inserts intact.
• Proof of purchase: Provide your order number, recipient information, and unboxing photos/videos (required for claims of damage/shortage/wrong item).
Sets: Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. If only one stone within a set arrives damaged, we will replace that individual stone or offer an equivalent solution (see “Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items”).
Non-returnable Items
• Incense and purification items that have been opened or burned (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).
• Crystals and accessories with signs of use, wear, or stains.
• Items labeled “Final Sale / Made-to-Order / Non-Returnable.”
• Requests submitted after the return request deadline.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the outer carton, inner packing, product details, and the shipping label.
• After verification, we will provide one of the following:
1. Free reshipment of missing/damaged components, or
2. Free replacement, or
3. Refund (including original shipping).
• Note: Natural features such as circuit-board-like intergrown striations, ice fractures/rainbow sheen, color differences by mining area (ice-clear/tea-tinted/golden surface), included co-minerals, and tiny surface pits are not considered defects or “shipping damage.”
Natural Variations
• Himalayan Quartz commonly presents: surface intergrown striations, internal “ice fractures/rainbows,” surface “rainbow sheen,” tiny surface pits, mining-area differences (ice-clear/tea-tinted/golden surface), and visible co-mineral inclusions. These reflect the stone’s natural origin and energetic individuality.
• Clear Quartz is regarded (in energy work) as a “full-spectrum conductor and amplifier.” Slight differences in clarity, silky/veiled texture, or micro-inclusions do not constitute defects.
• Orblink selects natural, untreated materials; individuality is part of a crystal’s authenticity and uniqueness.
Return Shipping
• For returns not due to damage/wrong/missing items, return shipping is paid by the buyer; original shipping is non-refundable.
• Please use a trackable and insured service. Inadequate packing that causes transit damage may affect your refund or lead to refusal.
• We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address after approving your request. Unauthorized parcels will be refused.
Custom Items & Made-to-Order
• Custom / Made-to-Order items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
• For High Frequency—Himalayan Quartz large display pieces / numbered limited items / certified collectibles:
• Return request deadline: 7 days from delivery
• Must be returned with certificate/numbered tag/custom base (if any) and all original packaging
• Ship back double-boxed, well-cushioned, and fully insured. Transit damage or missing accessories may reduce or void the refund.
Purification Essentials (Incense / Sacred Wood)
• Unopened plastic packaging items may be returned within 7 days.
• Subjective reasons such as scent preference or burn duration are not considered “damage on arrival.”
• If items arrive broken, short in quantity, or severely moisture-damaged, submit your claim within 7 days via the “Damaged / Missing” process above.
Sets & Components
• The seven-chakra stone set is sold as a complete set; we generally do not accept “single-stone” returns without cause.
• If an individual stone arrives damaged/defective, we will replace that stone free of charge.
• If a future “single-stone replacement” channel opens, we’ll update guidance on our website.
Exchanges
• You may request an exchange for the same item (size/equivalent item) within 7 days, subject to meeting the Eligibility conditions.
• Price differences: If exchanging to a higher-priced item, pay the difference; if lower-priced, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as a gift card.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll submit the refund within 3–5 business days. Banks/payment processors typically credit funds within 5–10 business days thereafter.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (vouchers/gift cards are reinstated per their original rules).
Price Adjustments & Gifts
• We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments.
• For orders marked as gifts: if returned, the refund is issued to the original purchaser. Exchanges can be shipped to the gift recipient upon request.
How to Start a Return / Exchange
1. Email support@orblink.com within 7 days of delivery with the subject line “Order # + Return/Exchange.”
2. Include: order number, issue description, and clear photos/videos (outer carton, internal padding, product details, shipping label).
3. After you receive your RMA (Return Authorization) and return address, ship the parcel within 7 work days and provide the tracking number.
4. Upon receipt and successful inspection, we’ll proceed per the Exchanges/Refunds sections above.

Orblink crystals and purification items are intended for aesthetic and meditative support for body, mind, and space. They are not medical devices or drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Please follow guidance from your healthcare professionals if you are under medical or psychological care.
