We want you to love your Orblink experience. If your piece doesn't resonate with you, we are here to help. Orblink crystals are natural minerals, meaning internal inclusions, textures, and tiny "ice fractures" are Mother Nature’s fingerprints—not defects. We celebrate these unique features as proof of authenticity.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Immediate Assistance: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
- Resolution: After verification (photo/video evidence required), we will offer a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping).
Eligibility & Standard Returns
- Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and certificates intact.
Non-returnable Items
To maintain the energetic purity and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Handled Crystal Sets: Once a crystal set (such as the Chakra Master Set) has been opened or handled, it is considered energetically imprinted and cannot be returned.
- Incense & Purification Products: Opened or burned sacred woods/incense.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale".
Custom Items & High-Frequency Collection
- High-Frequency Collection (Master Spheres): Due to the high value and fragility of these pieces, returns are accepted only if the item is returned in its original, unopened, and untouched condition.
- Requirements:
- Must include the original Certificate of Authenticity and custom base.
- Mandatory Insurance: Return shipping must be fully insured by the sender. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Sets & Components
- Complete Sets: The Chakra Master Set is sold as a complete ritual system. We do not accept returns for individual stones.
- Replacements: If an individual stone in a set arrives damaged, we will replace that specific stone free of charge.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@orblink.us with the subject line "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will provide you with shipping instructions if your return is approved.
- Return Shipping: For standard returns (change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
